Check and adjust PDF for norm conformity

PDF Adapt from SEAL Systems tests your PDF files for conformity with a configurable set of archiving rules. The PDF/A standard is available as a preset.

For testing, particular criteria of the standard can be avtivated or deactivated. This way the recommendations for document corrections can either be less strict or even stricter than the PDF/A standard.

Check and adjust

All tested criteria are being rated "fulfilled", "correction necessary and possible" or "not fulfilled".

The result of a test run is an instruction for the author how to adapt the file for correct archiving. These instructions are available in german, english and french.

In addition, PDF Adapt creates a machine-readable file that can be used to carry out all document adaptions automatically after checking.

Testing is done in batch processing. In batch mode, the software can either check PDF data autonomously on the hard drive or be integrated into an already existent software solution.

PDF Adapt from SEAL Systems is available as a server license for company-wide use. Sample configurations are included.
